BLOCK T, BOW LANE WEST, DUBLIN 8

Our next move saw us taking on a former paintballing warehouse on Bow Lane West, Dublin 8. Providing over 8000 sq ft of artist studio space, a classroom/project area and event capacity, this 18 month Meanwhile Space became a multi-purpose cultural venue attended by 1000s of Dubliners. Home to over 70 artists and makers, we hosted gigs, exhibitions, fashion shows, photoshoots & rehearsals during our brief but beautiful time here. We used this opportunity to draw attention to vacant spaces in our city and what the possibilities were for DIY cultural energy when creativity was let loose on buildings like these.
